Research

As part of the design process, research is carried out in tangible and intangible spheres.

Intangible research involves studying in depth, client requirements; coming up with improvements and inputs to the requirements and design brief; studying the site or the building shell to see what kind of envelope can be possible.

Tangible research involves analysing, studying and then suggesting building materials and construction techniques; involves coming up with building details which are best suited for us.

By persistent research and experience over 25 years, we have exhaustive solutions to practical problems, we have a wide spectrum of methodologies that we use in buildings some of them being different ways of building the external shell of a structure, different methods of transitioning to different floors, different ways of building partitions between rooms, among others.
